To improve thermal efficiency and save electricity, efficient and durable gold-coated reflection layers can be applied at different angles on single or double-tube infrared lamps, resulting in radiation efficiency of over 96% and extended lamp lifespan.
The gold coating significantly reduces the temperature in the non-heating direction on the rear side, reducing the high temperature of equipment or furnaces, and eliminating the need for a reflector. Gold-plated or ceramic-coated reflection layers concentrate heat energy in the heating direction, improving heating efficiency and saving electricity.



The surface temperature of the lamp tube is below 800°C. It is recommended to use a gold-plated reflection layer. For higher temperatures, a ceramic-coated reflection layer that withstands up to 1000°C is suggested. In addition to the standard 180-degree (semi-circular) coating, custom designs such as 270 degrees (3/4 circle) or other angles can be made according to user requirements.
